The most successful schools enjoy strong parental involvement and support. Children like to know that their parents care about what they are learning and that they are willing to help the School achieve its goals.

TIS has an active parent association that works closely with staff to support School programs. All parents are encouraged to work with TIS by assisting in the library, in classrooms and by serving on committees.

Parents who volunteer regularly in the classroom can pick up a special volunteer badge at the security counter.
